Concrete pump truck delivery pipe steel wassuccessfully developed by TISCO

Recently, TISCO successfully developed concrete pump truck delivery pipe steel with thickness of 3.2mm and delivered to a domestic pipe plant. The pipe plant has produced delivery pipes for trial by Sany Heavy Industry. The pipe quality reaches to that of the pipes imported from Europe. The service life of the pipe can reach to 60000 m3 concrete.
The delivery pipes for the concrete pump trucks produced by foreign countries, such as Putzmeister etc., are welded pipes, which has the advantages of good abrasion resistance, long service life (the service life can exceed 40000 m3 concrete.) and high safety factor. But in China, the delivery pipes for the concrete pump trucks produced by Sany Heavy Industry, Zoomlion Heavy Industry and so on were seamless pipes for a long time. The abrasion resistance properties of seamless pipes is poor, its service life is short（the service life of the seamless pipe is about 20000--30000 m3 concrete）and its safety factors are low.
For the concrete pump truck delivery pipe steel, its chemical composition is special, its technical content is high but difficulty in production. The successful development of this steel not only enlarges the hot rolled product range in TISCO, but also meets the requirements of high-end specific customers.
