Li Xiaobo Meeting Qian Gang, GM of Xingcheng Special Steel

On Oct 15 afternoon, Chairman Li Xiaobo interviewed Qian Gang, Vice Director of CITIC Special Steel Group and GM of Xingcheng Special Steel. GM of Taigang Stainless presented the meeting. The two parties made the exchange on the subjects of production, operation, and other issues of the special steel market.
According to Li Xiaobo, TISCO will head on its major business of stainless steel and silicon steel, while paying attention on sideline of raw material market and new material development. Meanwhile, TISCO will also stress on green development and cyclic economy. It’s Mr.Li’s wish that the two sides learn from each other for a common development.
Having expressed admiration to TISCO’s development, Qian Gang said, there were plenty of things for Xingcheng to learn from TISCO, and hopefully, that TISCO would offer it some good advices. Mr. Qian expected the two companies would seek for a cooperation and win-win situation by reinforced exchange.
Jiangyin XingCheng Special Steel Works Co., Ltd., (JXSS), was founded in 1993 with investment from Hong Kong CITIC Pacific Limited. It annually outputs 5 million tons of liquid iron, 6 million tons of special steel and 6 million tons of rolled products. Adopting the worldly advanced technology and imported major equipments, Xingcheng has become a key domestic production base for high spec bearing steel, high-grade gear steel, alloy spring steel, alloy tube steel, high-grade mooring chain steel, free-cutting non-quenched & tempered steel and electroslag steel as well.
