Strategic Partnerships with Shanghai Morimatsu Pressure Vessel Co Ltd. and Shanghai Houpu Company Established

The strategic cooperation agreement among Shangxi Taigang Stainless Steel (STSS) of TISCO, Shanghai Morimatsu Pressure Vessel Co Ltd. (Morimatsu) and Shanghai Houpu Company (Houpu) was signed in Taiyuan on April 8, 2014. General Manager of Morimatsu, Xue Jiangying, Manager of Houpu, Wang Yi, President of STSS, Zhang Zhifanfang, Vice President of STSS, Chai Zhiyong, witnessed the signing ceremony.
Zhang Zhifang reviewed the history of cooperation with Morimatsu and Houpu. He said that the three sides has cooperated for many years, the range of the cooperation continuously expanded and established a profound friendship during the mutual trust and support. It is the high quality customers like Morimatsu that pushes TISCO to move toward high quality and high technology. In the downturn of the whole manufacturing industry, we should, through closer strategic and cooperative partnership, overcome the difficulties and create conditions for the future common prosperity. During the signing ceremony, Zhang Zhifang introduced briefly the latest technology and equipment and the operation and development plan of TISCO to Xue Jiangying and Wang Yi.
Xue Jiangying and Wang Yi expressed full confidence in the strategic cooperation with TISCO. They hoped that the three sides deepen the cooperation in products, technology and service through closer strategic and cooperative partnership and realize mutual benefit and win-win outcome
Shanghai Morimatsu Pressure Vessel Co Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Japanese owned Morimatsu Group. It was the first foreign invested company in the Pudong New Area, Shanghai. Morimatsu serves the following industries: petrochemical, coal chemical, nuclear power, hydrometallurgy, offshore oil and gas. Shanghai Houpu is the intermediate trade partner between STSS and Morimatsu.
