TISCO Received Awards for Its Enterprises Management Innovations

Recently, the 2014 Metallurgical Enterprises Management Modernization Innovation achievements were released by China Iron and Steel Association (CISA). TISCO submitted six innovation achievements to apply for the awards. Four innovation achievements received awards, among them, two won the first prize.
This year the Metallurgical Enterprises Management Modernization Innovation Achievements selected 10 innovations as the first prize, 25 innovations as the second prize and 50 as the third prize. “The Innovation and Practice of Top-level Design and Customized Implementation of Comprehensive Risk Management System” and “the Establishment and Operation of Safety Control and Management System in Commissioning and Trial production Period of Yuanjiacun Iron Mine” submitted by TISCO won first prize; “the Innovation and Practice of Energy Consumption Supervision and Optimal Management System” and “the Innovation and Practice of Large-Scale Iron and Steel Enterprise Legal Risks Control and Management System at Home and Abroad” submitted by TISCO won second prize.
The Metallurgical Enterprises Management Modernization Innovation Achievements, mainly focusing on the enterprises’ development strategy, deepening reform and system innovation, are evaluated and selected once a year. The submitted innovation achievements shall be proved in the practice and have practical applications. It is an important activities of CISA to promote the management innovation and improve the level of modern management.
Over the years, TISCO has vigorously advocated the innovation ideas of “feel happy when made innovation, pioneer the use of the advanced technology, occupy the market by new products, encourage innovation,” insisted on the technological innovation and management innovation, constantly introduced and absorbed the advanced management ideas and methods, combined them with its own actuality, formed the unique “TISCO management pattern” in quality control, purchases and sales management, project management, energy and environment management, which built a solid foundation for TISCO’s deepening reform and transformation development.
As far as we know, the first Shanxi Enterprises Management Modernization Innovation achievements were released recently. “The Establishment of the Management and Control System in the Large-scale SOE” and “the Capital Pool Management and Bank Notes Management of TISCO Finance Company with the Target of reduction of Reduction of TISCO Group Capital Cost” submitted by TISCO won the first and second prize, respectively.
