TISCO Drew Wide Attention in Circular Economy Exhibition

TISCO demonstrated its circular economy case in the Eco Forum Global Annual Conference Guiyang 2015 and drew wide attentions. The conference held recently in Guiyang was themed with “Embracing a New Era of Eco- Civilization: New Agenda, New Normal, New Actions”.
This eco forum, among other forums approved by the central government, is the only one of this kind that is of state level and is global wide. 6 topics are involved in this forum, including new agenda for international green development and international cooperation, new agenda and new normal for China in sustainable development, institutes of eco-civilization, green industry and sustainable development, green urbanization, inclusive society, as well as concepts of green consumption and value. Totally more than 1000 guests from 50 countries and regions actively participated in over 30 symposiums and workshops, had talks on the new agenda and new actions under new normal of global eco-civilization, and reached a comprehensive consensus.
The annual conference was highlighted by the achievement exhibitions, where demonstrative cities and enterprises from home and abroad showed their successful cases. At the exhibition, the show of circular economy organized by China Association of Public Companies (CAPA) drew a lot of attentions. As one of five demonstrative companies for circular economy recommended by CAPC, and the only one steel producer in exhibition, TISCO showed what it had done and what it had achieved in recent years. The industry chains for solid waste, gaseous waste and liquid waste, as well as introduction on its impressive production base, garden-style factory, and harmonious co-existence with city were really eye-catching. Those who were interested in TISCO circular economy mode asked for “TISCO Handbook for Green Development” and exchanged ideas with TISCO representatives. Mr. Wang Jianzhou, the chairman of CAPA highly commented on TISCO’s effort and achievement in circular economy.
