TISCO is Titled the Best Ten in China in After-sales Service for the Fifth Consecutive Time

The 7th China’s overall after-sales service survey was jointly held by China Chamber of Commerce and China Foundation of Consumer Protection in Beijing days ago. TISCO outperformed its counterpart in after-sales service and was awarded the honored title of “Best Ten After-sales Service Supplier in China”. Information shows that it is the fifth consecutive time for the company to won the honor.
      
The campaign of “China’s Overall After-sales Service Survey”, aiming at improving service level of all industries, has been held every two years since 2003. The survey is done as per “Evaluation System of Commodity After-sales Service”, a national standard issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China and the Standardization Administration of the People's Republic of China. The evaluation is conducted by expert committee in a manner of openness, equity and fairness. The campaign has been highly accepted by the society and widely participated into by thousands of enterprises.
