A strategic cooperation agreement was signed by and between TISCO and Chromiumtrade SA (“CT Company”) on December 9^th, based on their common opinions on cooperation in the future. The representatives from both companies were Mr. Chai Zhi-yong, the vice general manager of STSS, Mr. Augusto Ruffo, the chairman of CT Company and Mr. Francesco Ruffo, the general manager of CT company.

The representatives from two companies had a meeting before signing the agreement. Mr. Chai stated that CT Company had been a reliable distributor and an important partner to TISCO for more than ten years. He believed that the two would have more deepening cooperation in the future as both two held zealous and precise attitude to work.

Mr. Augusto Ruffo expressed that the CT Company would fulfill its obligation as good as before, keep loyal to the cooperation commitment, and sell TISCO’s stainless steel flat products to more markets in Europe.
