It’s known that TISCO silicon steel is used to driving motors of the high-end new energy automobiles. Since the driving motor is the core part of a new energy car, the high property and plate shape of the raw materials are extremely required. All the materials used to manufacture this type of motors were imported from abroad before TISCO products were applied.

 

In recent years, while the new energy automobile, a strategic emerging industry primarily supported by the central government, was developed rapidly, the automobile production and sales kept growing up quickly. China became the largest automobile producer and consumer in the world. In order to meet the requirements of the developing automobile industry, corresponding teams of research, production, and marketing were organized in TISCO.

 

The silicon steel used to the driving motors of the new energy automobile must meet the various requirements of the automobile no matter it is running at low speed, high speed or in sever environments, and much more stricter requirements on indexes like iron loss and magnetic flux are put forward compared with the common domestic silicon steel, a technical professional said. With product properties similar to that of the imported products of the same kind, the energy-saving & high efficient silicon steel was made out successfully in TISCO on its own after deep communication between TISCO researchers and customers, process innovation and optimization by the manufacturing units, and co-operation between the teams of research, production, and marketing.
