On October 9, at Shanxi Province Quality Meeting, TISCO won the second session of "Shanxi Province Quality Award", which marks TISCO once again becomes the laureate of the highest provincial quality award since it won the same honor in the first session of "Shanxi Province Quality Award".

 

Shanxi Province Quality Meeting aims to commend the award-winning units and individuals of the second session of "Shanxi Province Quality Award", deploy and implement quality boosting Shanxi strategy, and carry out quality improvement action. Shanxi Province Party Committee secretary Luo Huining made instructions, the Province governor Lou Yangsheng, the State Administration of Quality Supervision director Zhi Shuping gave speeches, vice governor He Tiancai presided over the meeting and made quality work report.

At present, TISCO has formed an efficient, energy saving, longevity product cluster with stainless steel as the core, including cold-rolled silicon steel, railway steel, high strength and toughness series of steel. TISCO has 16 unique varieties, and 21 varieties holding the first share in domestic market. A number of varieties passed TUV, LR, GL, SGS, ABS, BV and other international authority certification, the products are exported to more than 80 countries and regions. At the same time, TISCO has nearly a thousand stainless steel-based core technologies, of which more than 100 leading the world. TISCO has a total of 2631 patents, of which 705 invention patents.
