TISCO wins laurels on occupational skills assessment and management innovation achievement

TISCO operating staff assessment management for ability improvement and configuration optimization of the large-scale iron and steel enterprises wins the second award in the 24th session of modernized innovation achievements on national enterprise management, which is final approved by the committee of modernized innovation achievements on national enterprise management.
 
TISCO operating staff assessment management system, as a standard management system of human resources ability, can induce high performance from operating staff and evaluate the abilities for employees to perform job responsibilities and to realize the performance targets. It has significant characteristics on quantification, differentiation and dynamic. Through vocational skills precision assessment on TISCO main production lines, the system transfers the evaluation elements which are difficult to be quantified into measurable evaluation indicators in first time. It can evaluate the elements cannot be directly measured qualitatively such as core ability, general ability, post professional ability and etc. The system realizes the quantitative operation by dividing evaluation results into different levels and assigning points to each level, so as to find the short board of staff's professional skill and achieve accurate promotion purpose.
