TISCO signs a contract of stainless steel rod & wire production line renovation project with Italy DAIELY Group and German COX Company, which marking the official start of intelligent upgrade project of stainless steel rod & wire production line in TISCO.

 

Since built in 1995, TISCO stainless steel rod & wire production line has been developed various of stainless steel rod and wire new materials such as stainless steel welding wire, electromagnetic pure iron, stainless steel rebar, steel for nib of ballpoint pen and etc., making an outstanding contribution for enriching the variety of TISCO steel structure and meeting the demand of the user. To continue to maintain the market competitiveness of TISCO stainless steel rod and wire product, the company decided to start intelligent upgrading on wire and rod production line according to scientific research.

 

The target of TISCO new intelligent line of stainless steel rod and wire is to upgrade product quality and production efficiency and to improve customer satisfaction by reducing production cost, saving energy and ensuring safety and green production. It is an intelligent manufacturing project that integrating "resources - production - products - consumption - waste recycling" by intelligent management, intelligent control and intelligent production.

 

The project will adopt the world advanced rolling technology and equipment, by which, TISCO will realize dynamic optimization of each processes like rolling, annealing, finishing and banding and make continuous improvement on variety structure, quality and energy consumption and other production indicators with the annual production capacity of TISCO stainless steel bars keeping up to 200,000 tons. According to estimation, it will become one of the most competitive stainless steel rod and wire production line in China with production efficiency improved by 40% and energy consumption reduced by more than 10% after the completion of the project.
