The 18th China International Metallurgical Industry Expo co-sponsored by China Iron and Steel Association and CCPIT Metallurgical Industry Branch held in Beijing has attracted 1068 manufacturers from 22 countries and regions including China, the United States, France, the Netherlands, south Korea, Spain, Italy, Switzerland and Germany. The Expo lasted from May 16th to 19th.

 

China International Metallurgical Industry Expo is second to the Germany Metallurgical Exhibition, the largest exhibition in the world in metallurgy field, and is the only metallurgical and metal hot processing exhibition certified by the International Exhibition Federation in China at present. It has become an important platform for metallurgical enterprises to showcase products, promote trade and strengthen domestic and international exchanges and cooperation. It is regarded by the global steel industry as a window for insight into China's steel industry and a bridge for China's steel industry to enter the world.

 

As an important exhibitor, TISCO attracted the attention of all parties. At the company’s booth exhibited high-grade silicon steel for new energy electric vehicles, stainless steel pipes for urban underground pipe system and water supply and drainage system, and high-end products for sectors like aerospace, high-speed railway and automobile exhaust system. Liu Zhenjiang, secretary of the Party Committee and secretary general of China Iron and Steel Industry Association, and Yang Zunqing, president of CCPIT Metallurgical Industry Branch, spoke highly of the achievements made by TISCO and hoped the company would do a better job in steel deep processing.

 

At the 10th China International Steel Conference opened on May 17th, Gao Xiangming, secretary of the Party Committee of TISCO, chairman of the board of directors and general manager of TISCO group, made a wonderful speech themed with “Integration and Breakthrough”, which focused on promoting the high-quality development of China's steel industry and the sustained, healthy and orderly development of the world steel industry. After speech, Gao had in-depth exchange and discussion with the meeting participants.
