The 2021 version of JIS JISG4304 and JISG4305 of TISCO passed the survey of JQA recently, marking a green light for TISCO in the strict 3-month JIS review, and an access for TISCO product to global market.

JIS represents the highest level in product system standard in the world. It is well known for its strict requirement and difficult homologation. The review was carried out as per the latest version of JISG4304, JISG4305, JIS inspection method, and JIS quality system management to 12 units in TISCO for products and production processes of all stainless steel grades and carbon steel SN grades.

The surveyors made the strictest ever quality system audit to related units and personnel. TISCO management department and surveyed units responded with the most diligent attitude. All the new, complicated and specific questions raised by surveyors are answered properly by TISCO sides. With thoroughly communication, fully discussion, quick respond, immediate corrective actions, and well-prepared materials, the reviewer and reviewee reached maximum understanding, which led to a great recognition and smooth homologation. No single one written non-conforming item was issued during the whole review, the best record in TISCO’s a dozen of years of JIS review history.
