One cooperative partner made a phone call to TISCO Section Plant, telling that the precision alloy produced by the plant had been delivered to the production line of a well-known Chinese mobile phone producer, marking a successful application of TISCO products in tele-communication industry.

Precision alloy, a kind of alloy material with special characterization, is the critical material for many applications in civil industries including electricity, electronic, telecom, computer, instrument, energy and transport, as well as in military equipment like aircrafts, naval vessels, missiles, radar and etc. Constrained by technical barriers, the alloy used to be a typical bottleneck for Chinese manufacturing industry. To develop this new material, TISCO Section Plant coordinated and cooperated with a domestic company who focused on high-end precision alloy material, and started their research from the material used for wireless electronic industry and precision instrument.

In December of last year, on the occasion of the moment for TISCO to join in China Baowu, 3 new grades were successfully developed ty the section plant and the first order of the new materials were produced. One year later since then, new products in this regard are developed into a more stable and mature extent, they are highly trusted by customers from key sectors, and long-term contract are bound. It is a reflection of how TISCO tackles the technical restriction and achieves success in new material development, as well a tribute to the first “company day” of China Baowu.

The partner said, during the one-year cooperation, it was deeply impressed by the manufacturing capability and research spirit of TISCO, and a further cooperation and a greater achievement in high-end products were expected in the year 2022.

The General Secretary of Central CPC Committee, Xi Jinping once instructed that new and greater progress should be made in supporting advanced manufacturing. China Baowu, the state-owned enterprise, gives the priority to the production of material that constrained Chinese manufacturing. In the incoming 2022, TISCO Section Plant will proactively and bravely shoulder its mission, overcome any difficulty, breakthrough any bottleneck, and open a new chapter in advanced manufacturing.
