The company is advancing in completing and improving an all-round social responsibility management system and a working mechanism, redefining the coverage of social responsibility management
The company set up a working council of social responsibility, chaired by the chairman of the group, to operate with a general office, accommodated under the Corporate Culture Department. Each department or branch/subsidiary company has a promotional team of social responsibility under it to implement.

With priority taken to the benchmarking on performance and indicators, the company has further improved its implementation system and indicator system relating to social responsibility through benchmarking with excellent enterprises in terms of corporate governance, operation and management, environment conservation and social benefits and others
capability strengthening
The managerial staff and business leaders are systematically trained focusing on building a resource-saving and environment-friendly enterprise, through the management training courses in which social responsibility management education is mandatorily included by the company, the awareness of the social responsibility being raised. A reporting force on social responsibility is set up comprising business leaders at departmental, branch/subsidiary company level while a flow process regarding social responsibility filing and reporting system is established: data collecting → case summery → periodic reporting → vetting and submission → organized compiling → approval by social responsibility council → announcing by publicizing.
Campaigns of summary and publicity over educating/training and applicable cases about social responsibility concept are launched by each department, branch/subsidiary to the call of the company, resulting in a better understanding about social responsibility by the management at each level and by each department, branch/subsidiary company while bringing more to social responsibility concept.
Efforts the company has made in active participating in different society-concerned events themed on safety, energy-efficiency, water-saving, environment protection, technologies, quality and others, in releasing updates and information about company’s fulfillment of social responsibility on different media, advertising pamphlet and through the channels of exhibition, demonstration and observation events, and in initiating publicity drive of its achievements in practicing and fulfilling social responsibility have consolidated recognition of the company’s fulfillment of social responsibility by the entire society and further inspired the whole company to maintain a sustainable development momentum in a willing and creative way.
