It is noticed that a number of counterfeit Memorandums of Understanding (MOU) have been signed in the name of Taiyuan Iron and Steel (Group) Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “TISCO” or “the company”) with some foreign individuals or agents since November 2017. Such infringements have seriously impaired TISCO’s rights and interests. To this end, the company state as follows:
1. TISCO has never signed any MOU in this form with any foreign individual or agent. In no event shall anyone obtain any right and obligation under such illegal MOUs.
2. TISCO has seek law to protect its own legal rights and interests.
3. To prevent any losses or damages, please keep alert to such fraudulent MOUs and contact the company promptly for verification.
