TISCO Launches the Campaign of “Crisis, Confidence and Action”

 

TISCO notices a discussion campaign themed with “Crisis, Confidence and Action” to promote the spirits of “two sessions” among all staff. The campaign, which will last for two months up to the end of April, is mainly about “being aware of crisis, being confident to the future, and being quick in actions”.

According to the notice, this campaign is separated into 3 phases. The first phase is about learning and education. All the departments and production plants are required to organize their own “two session classroom” in suitable form, e.g. special meeting, pre-shift meeting or after-shift meeting, and etc., to give all employees the opportunity to learn the contents of TISCO “two sessions”. The second phase is discussion. Based on the knowledge learnt in the first phase, discussion on “be aware of crisis, be confident to the future, and be quick in action” among all staff will be organized to encourage employees to find problems, work out solutions, and take quick actions. The third and last phase is about implementation. The directors, chiefs, and secretaries of Party Commissions in each plant and department are asked to lead, organize and participate into the campaign. Specifically, they are asked to take part into and give instruction to the learning and discussion activities of section level, workshop level and shift level, as well as to encourage the voices from CPC party members and other employees; they are asked to think over the problems and challenges, write down what they learn, find out good solutions, and take pragmatic actions in their work.

The notice also calls for the wide popularization of TISCO “two session” spirit through all kinds of media, including news paper, television, website, SMS news, electronic signs, briefings and etc.. Good cases, practices and examples of one plant or department are asked to be summed up and extended, so as to make the campaign effective and fruitful.
