Responsibility Assigning of Key Tasks in TISCO
Recently, TISCO assigns responsibility of key tasks proposed on administrative work report from workers’ congress at the beginning of this year. It requires each unit to carry out responsibilities assigning work with the spirit of "working immediately and diligently”, seize every minute and combine with comprehensive budget of the company to assign responsibilities to certain people with clear goals and accelerate the work according to the schedule.
Key tasks proposed on administrative work report from the 5th session of 17th Workers’ Congress hold at the beginning of this year, refers to six parts and 30 items, focusing on deepening reform, diversified development, standard contrast, managing enterprise by law and co-creating & co-sharing. In order to achieve annual budget target and win the battle for survival, we need to promote the implementation of the key tasks rapidly.
The company has defined responsible unit, time and schedule of each key task for practical and effective implementation of the key tasks. The company assigns responsibility of key work into the first responsible unit, responsible unit, supporting unit and responsible leader. The first responsible unit shall take main responsibility on progress and quality of work; Responsible unit shall cooperate with the first responsibility unit for making plan and promoting its implementation; supporting unit shall support and ensure smooth implementation of key works; responsible leader shall carry out overall coordination, organization and implementation of the key tasks. To this end, the company has set up leadership group for promoting key works, so as to guide, coordinate and promote efficient and effective implementation of key works.
In order to ensure further elaboration and assignment of key tasks, TISCO System Innovation Department has made a thorough investigation and analysis based on strict and clear responsibility principle. Therefore, related units and persons can further exert their internal innovation and guide all employees to work responsibly, actively and diligently to promote the implementation of key tasks.
At present, all responsible units and persons of each key work has carried their works positively and began to implement them one by one. According to the report of TISCO System Innovation Department, the company will ensure orderly and rapid implementation of key works by strengthening report, tracking and supervision on the progress of each key task with timely feedback and solution.
