Review Inspection Team from the State Council Returns to TISCO

 

On July 12, the Review Inspection Team from the State Council led by Fu Qingde, the Supervision Commissioner of General Office of the State Council, returned to TISCO, investigating the following-up on important directive made by the Premier Li Keqiang during his inspection in TISCO at the begining of this year. Gao Xiangming, the General Manager of TISCO, reported to the team how TISCO implemented the important directive. Zhou Yizhou, the Vice General Manager of TISCO, took part in the report.

 

During the survey, the team went to 4350 m3 BF and the stainless steel cold rolling line to get the facts on TISCO’s actions and results, and collect up related suggestions.

 

Gao Xiangming made a report on behalf of TISCO. On January 4, the Premier Li Keqiang paid an inspection tour to TISCO, visited the cadres and workers, and put forward clear requests on the company. The Premier showed TISCO a good direction, spirited up its workers, and infused TISCO with hope, confidence and strength. Facing serious situation in iron and steel industry, TISCO earnestly implemented the important directive made by the Premier Li, improved the key indicators of production and operation month by month, and strengthened its comprehensive competitiveness.

 

The team believes that under the the growing pressure caused by economic downturns, TISCO has implemented the important directive made by the Premier Li earlier this year, focused on cutting off production capacity and promoting process upgrading, combined steadily growing production together with reconstruction and risk prevention, turned from deficits to profit in the first half year, and performed well in production and operation. The team hopes that TISCO do better and become stronger in stainless steel industry to revitalize Shanxi’s economy.
