E-commerce platform boosts TISCO business volume



TISCO has its marketing service transformed and developed further. In the first 11 months of this year, the e-commerce business volume of TISCO increased by more than 4 times year-on-year and the overseas customers increased by 20.5%.
 
Since this year, in line with the general trend of rapid growth of the electronic commerce, TISCO marketing system has actively explored the e-commerce model that suits the steel product sales. On one hand, it expands sales channels on the public e-commerce platform. On the other hand, it develops more online functions of its own existing e-commerce platform, to reduce costs for customers, improve service and expand customer groups. According to statistics, the e-business volume from January to November explodes by 4 times as of the same period of last year.
 
While the E-commerce customers increased rapidly, TISCO marketing system segmented the markets, took suitable marketing strategy and built up the controlled overseas sales network in all aspects. Uniting the overseas branches with the headquarter staff, TISCO marketing system improved itself to better serve the customers, promoted the “localization” of the marketing service to meet the requirement of overseas customers. At the same time, sole agents and core agents were developed in trial at the overseas potential markets to expand market shares in a quick way. By the end of November this year, the overseas customers increased by 20.5% year-on-year.
