STSS and Daming International Signed Strategic Cooperation Agreement

 

 

March 20, STSS and Daming International signed strategic cooperation agreement in Garden Conference Center. TISCO president, STSS chairman Gao Xiangming, Daming International president Zhou Keming attended the signing ceremony. Before the signing ceremony, Gao Xiangming and Zhou Keming held a discussion. STSS general manager Zhang Zhifang, deputy president of TISCO Chai Zhiyong and the relevant general manager assistants participated .

 

Daming International is a national renowned modern comprehensive steel service enterprise, professionally engaged in processing, sales and technical services in the stainless steel and carbon steel fields. With the goal to build the world leading and domestic top steel processing services enterprise, Daming International is to speed up the development of steel deep processing industry, construct processing and distribution center cluster, expand and extend the industrial chain. As early as 2007 and 2011, TISCO and Daming co-founded two steel processing centers of Tianjin TISCO Daming and Taiyuan TISCO Daming. The two processing centers make full use of the advantages of TISCO material resources and Daming international processing capacity, provide a "one-stop" processing support services to many industries, recognized by the market.

 

Gao Xiangming congratulated STSS and Daming International for signing the strategic cooperation agreement. He said that STSS and Daming International are both strong performers in the industry, and the strategic cooperation agreement signed by two sides is of great significance to deepen bilateral cooperation and establish a closer cooperative relationship. As a well-known steel deep-processing enterprise, after years of development, Daming International has accumulated significant advantages. The two sides should take the signing of the strategic agreement as a new starting point, in accordance with the spirit of the agreement, to play their respective advantages and work together, join hands to provide end users with better products and more satisfied service, and create greater value and achieve mutual benefit and win-win situation. Gao Xiangming finally wishes the friendship between the two sides all way long, the enterprises more prosperous.

 

Zhou Keming introduced the development of the enterprise, expressed heartfelt thanks for TISCO’s full trust and strong support in Daming International’s  development. At present, Daming international development momentum is good, competitiveness is increasing. The signing of this strategic agreement will certainly provide greater impetus for the further development of the two sides. In the future development, Daming International will cooperate with STSS sincerely to achieve better development.

 

Subsequently, on behalf of the two sides respectively, STSS marketing director Shang Jiajun and Zhou Keming, signed the cooperation agreement. According to the agreement, the two sides will play their respective advantages, increase all-round communication and cooperation efforts in market development, customer service, deep processing of materials, new product development and other aspects, to enhance the service capacity of different materials to create complete industry supply chain of steel materials production, processing and distribution, to enhance service value, help improve market competitiveness of the end-user.
