TISCO again sprints Shanxi Province Quality Award

September 2, the second session of the Shanxi Provincial Quality Award assessment expert group came to TISCO for on-site assessment. In the Garden Conference Center, Mr. Gao Xiangming, deputy secretary of TISCO Party committee, vice chairman and president of TISCO, Mr. Gao Jianbing, standing member of TISCO Party committee, general manager of STSS, Zhang Xiaodong, standing member of TISCO Party committee, general accountant of TISCO, Mr. Li Jianmin, general engineer of TISCO, the relevant general manager assistants of the company and department heads participated in the assessment.

 

On behalf of TISCO, Gao Xiangming welcomed on the arrival of the assessment team, he said, TISCO seriously studies and practices the spirit of general secretary Xi’s series of important speech on the work of quality, always adheres to the idea that quality is a edge tool to win the market, firmly establishes the consciousness that quality is the character of the company, unswervingly follows the road of premium product to "increase varieties, improve quality, create brand". Through the implementation of advanced quality management methods, TISCO has explored and formed the quality management model with TISCO features. TISCO has won the first Shanxi Province Quality Award, is also the only metallurgical enterprise which won the national quality award twice. Thanks to the continuous improvement of the company's multi-level quality management system, continuous strengthening of quality management and continuous improvement all staff quality awareness, TISCO applies the second session of Shanxi Province Quality Award. The next step, TISCO will take the best enterprises as the benchmark, refine its management deeply, conduct strict quality control, to make due contributions for the construction of quality strong country, and quality strong province.

 

At the meeting, Li Jianmin reported the overall situation of TISCO quality work to the assessment expert group. Relevant departments made a special report on environmental protection and brand building work. Expert group accessed to the relevant information, and conducted on-site review on the TISCO quality management model, innovative ideas, brand building, and so on, went deep into iron-making plant, stainless steel cold rolling mill for field assess, and visited TISCO Museum.

 

Shanxi Province Quality Award is one of the nine provincial award projects approved by the state, is the province's highest honor in quality areas. The Shanxi Quality Award of this session has a total of five "Shanxi Quality Award" places and 10 "Shanxi Quality Award nomination" places. After voluntary reporting, preliminary examination, nomination recommendation, review and other procedures, a total of 59 organizations and 28 individuals enter the list.
