TISCO vigorously expands domestic and international nuclear power market

Recently, a number of TISCO latest developed integral formed special shaped stainless steel square tube and W profile were delivered to Dongfang Electric Corporation(DEC) and the Harbin Electric Corporation(HE). These stainless steel square tubes and profiles will be used for Fujian Fuqing nuclear power plant and the Pakistan Karachi nuclear power plant for key equipment manufacturing, which marks that TISCO has taken a new pace in the construction of whole industry chain in field of nuclear power, hand in hand on the upstream and downstream to expand the broader domestic and foreign markets.

 

No. 5, No. 6 unit of Fujian Fuqing Nuclear Power Plant adopt the third generation of nuclear power technology with China's independent intellectual property rights---demonstration project of "Hualong No.1" construction; Karachi nuclear power plant is one of the key projects aided by China for China-Pakistan Economic Corridor, is currently the largest nuclear power project in Pakistan. The stainless steel special profile of integral formed square tube and W profile TISCO provided is the support steel for emergency waste heat exhaust system of third generation of nuclear power technology. Compared with the traditional plate welding, the integral formed product has the advantages of stable quality and high reliability. Safety is the lifeline of nuclear power industry development. In order to provide better and safer stainless steel profiles for nuclear power plants, TISCO cooperated with DEC, successfully developed the world's first integral formed W profile in 2011, filled the gaps in the world and was rated as top ten news in China's stainless steel industry.
