TISCO receives 3 awards for after-sale service



The 8th National After-sales Service Evaluation (NASE) sponsored by China General Chamber of Commerce and China Foundation of Consumer Protection publicized the evaluation outcome at Diaoyutai State Guesthouse in Beijing. TISCO receives 3 rewards, i.e. “State Meritorious After-sale Service Supplier”, “Top 10 After-sale Service in China” and “Top 100 Five-star -service Companies”.
 
As the most important part in the “pre-sale, in-sale and after-sale” services chain, after-sale service is deemed as a critical factor for elevating a company’s competitiveness and brand value. TISCO has persisted on the marketing philosophy that calls for all-people participation. it has stably improved customers’ satisfaction by establishing the “dual-manager” mechanism, i.e. a professional marketing manager and an assistant technician manager, which gives customers easy access to technical support and one-stop service. It has set up an accomplished service system with clear process flow, specified standard, and customized solutions. It has regularly visited customers to strengthen the relationship and get better knowledge about their demands. Besides, it sets up a network-based information platform to form an innovative service management mode that distinguishes TISCO from others.
 
The NASE has been held every two years since 2003. In the fifteen years, TISCO received the award of “Top 10 After-sale Service in China” for six times and the title of “State Meritorious After-sale Service Supplier” twice. The 8th NASE is themed with “following out standard and regulating after-sale service”. The NASE jury recognizes TISCO’s emphasis on customers and its active implementation of China’s trade industry standard, i.e. the “Evaluation criteria for after-sale services of goods”, as well as the company’s remarkable achievement in establishing after-sale service system and accomplishing service details.
