TISCO stainless steel project wins national quality engineering award

"2016-2017 national quality engineering award ceremony" sponsored by China Association of Construction Enterprise Management was held in Beijing Great Hall of the People on December 13. "Stainless steel cold tandem rolling revamping project of Shanxi Taigang Stainless Steel Co., Ltd.” won the national quality engineering award.

　　

The national quality engineering award is the highest honor for China project construction quality. The award involves construction, railway, highway, chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power and other engineering construction fields, by evaluating the quality of all construction procedures from project approval to project completion and acceptance.

　　

TISCO stainless steel cold tandem rolling project has significantly improved the production efficiency and the quality level of TISCO stainless steel products with emission index reached the international advanced level for comprehensive energy consumption of per ton steel reduced by 6.55% and the energy recovery increased by 6.8%.

　　

TISCO stainless steel cold tandem rolling project, of which the process technology has creates many world first and localization rate of the whole line equipment is more than 90%, is a modern stainless steel production line for its superiority on integration level, production efficiency, energy conservation and operating cost among the world. The project has once won the first prize of outstanding engineering in metallurgical industry and the quality award in metallurgical industry in 2015.
