TISCO Awarded the Highest Rating of “AAAAA Enterprise for Corporate Culture Development & Management”

From November 20 to 22, the Sino-Foreign Corporate Culture Summit 2025 was held in Shanghai. Hosted by the China Corporate Culture Research Association, the summit focused on the theme of “Reviewing the 14th Five-Year Plan Period, Planning for the 15th Five-Year Phase, and Promoting Innovation in Corporate Culture.” At the event, the achievements of corporate culture development and management during the 14th Five-Year Plan period were officially announced. TISCO Group received the highest rating—“AAAAA Enterprise for Corporate Culture Development & Management.” In addition, three initiatives submitted by TISCO—Integrity-Shaped Trust Empowering High-Quality Growth, ‘Red Engine’ Empowering High-Quality Development of Mining Operations, and The Stainless Spirit: Leveraging Quality and Efficiency for Synergy—were recognized as exemplary cases in corporate culture development and management.

During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, TISCO positioned itself as “the flagship operational platform for Baowu’s integrated stainless-steel business and a world-leading high-tech enterprise with full-chain competitiveness in stainless steel.” Guided by this strategic role, the company further enriched the contemporary connotations and practical pathways of its corporate culture. It defined its development role as “the communicator of corporate culture, the builder of corporate branding, and the catalyst for strategic execution,” while establishing the working framework of “one core, two pathways, three phases, and four realization dimensions” to promote alignment between cultural values and business practices.
